“I started training with Kit 3 months ago after taking advantage of a 2 week free trial, I thought I was a lost cause and didn’t know where to start or even if my goals were achievable. My main objectives were to lose a significant amount of weight, control my type 2 diabetes and get fitter. I was nervous about working with a personal trainer, particularly a man but Kit was confident, professional and made me feel instantly at ease, and I'd say that within the 2 weeks of personal training my whole attitude turned around and my view on working out and meeting my objectives changed completely.

One of the great benefits of personal training for me was that I had a leader to show me the way and to motivate me, sessions have always been challenging but fun and I feel a sense of achievement after each session, Kit knows exactly how far to push you and I am amazed how far I have progressed in such a short period of time. Really enjoying taking the leap into get fit with kit! After second baby motivation wss really low and now im motivated and focused. Kits really helpful and not too overpowering so you aren't embarrassed if you cant do something. He is really kind natured which is great when you are feeling unsure. Dont get me wrong he can be strict when needed tho especially when dishing out press ups!
