At Get Fit With Kit I specialise in weight loss (Particularly FAT LOSS) providing the best strategies to drop weight safely and efficiently in the shortest possible time. By toning up, speeding up metabolism and burning body fat.
As I am a mobile PT, I travel to you and bring all the equipment to you. There's no hassle, no gym membership fee's. I am also very flexible with booking sessions and any cancellations of sessions (I know how busy people can be and how schedules do change!) We can discuss this further during a consultation.
